Not only is Dragons’ Den an award winning Canadian TV show, it also acts as a launching pad for hundreds of Canada’s best entrepreneurs and small businesses. This gives the Dragons a chance to invest their hard earned dollars into promising young companies. Jim, the only remaining original Dragon has been on the show for all 15 seasons and has grown his venture capital portfolio with a wide range of businesses which appeared on the show. Jim maintains his philosophy of investing in people, and has a keen eye for the next big deal. Both his financial commitments and ongoing support has allowed him to be very successful with a number of deals completed through the show and Jim continues to work closely with the following companies.
